He would be the first to say it.....I don't cook. That's true he doesn't, but he sure makes a mean salad. That Woodworker man of mine will stand in the kitchen for over an hour and cut up veggies, lettuce, onions, etc. in fine pieces and makes this fabulous one of a kind salad.

When I ask him if he could make salad for dinner, he will ask, "do we have everything"? Now he will not make HIS salad unless he has all the ingredients that he deems necessary. In other words there are no substitutions or new ingredients that are not approved by him. He will say..."it has to have the right balance and flavor". Far be it for me to complain or argue with him. This is one delicious salad and I won't be the one to mess him up.
Ok, let's start, how about a few onions....
Now for some peppers... red and green of course.

(notice the glass of wine in the background...another mandatory ingredient, not for the salad but for him to drink.)

| add all ingredients and toss.... |

| Now that's all there is to it...add dressing of our choice, and enjoy, enjoy enjoy. |
